Lesson Description

Learn about “spanda” the subtle vibration or motive impulse behind everything we do and experience a deeply internalized ‘meditation in movement’ through the gentle practice of Body Sensing. This practice helps develop a greater awareness of spanda, leading to more conscious and mindful actions in life and is informed by the work of Dr. Richard Miller.

Instructor: Leigh Blashki

Leigh commenced studying and practising yoga for over 50 years and has taught for over 40 years.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and is a Past-President of Yoga Australia.

Leigh now spends much of his time time in deep self-reflection, personal practice and mentoring.
