In this session you will learn some tools for balancing your emotions, clearing your mind, and connecting with your inner self and with those you love. Simple yet powerful movement and breathing sequences harmonise mind, body and spirit. They also improve respiratory function and immune defense.

Dr. Richard P. Brown, associate professor of psychiatry at Columbia University, gives over 100 lectures each year and has co-authored over 100 scientific publications. He researches the effects of breathing practices on mental and physical health. A certified teacher of Aikido, Yoga, Qigong, and meditation, Richard’s Breath-Body-Mind workshops improve stress resilience and recovery in healthcare providers, first responders, and disaster survivors worldwide.
