Chair Yoga for Respiratory Resilience and Immune Support

Lesson Description

This will be a mindful breath and gentle movement session to support respiratory resilience and the immune system. From a chair or mat, we will focus on good breathing habits and the importance of nose breathing as the body's first line of defence against airborne diseases. The session will end with a short breath meditation.
