The practises of yoga and mindfulness can point the way home to our most authentic self, the seat of our heart, our innate connection to bliss and joy. Listen in with Dawn and Daniel whilst they discuss practical methods and experiences which sustain and nurture in these times of uncertainty.

Dawns Bio: Dawn Lister, MFUK CST IYN VTCT. Dawn is trained yoga teacher, Cranial Sacral Therapist, Retreat Leader and most importantly Mindfulness teacher. Dawn has been a practitioner of mindfulness meditation since she was 19 years old and has taught mindfulness for 27 years. Dawn is the co-founder of Anahata Yoga Studio based in Leigh on Sea Essex, owner of The Dawn Lister Therapy Centre, and runs retreats annually in both UK and Italy.
Daniels Bio: Daniel Groom is a yoga therapist and co-founder of Anahata Yoga Centre in Leigh on Sea, Essex. A community centred space dedicated to Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness. Offering widely accessible classes, workshops and retreats for all. Since the year 2000 Daniel has studied various styles of Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with leading experts and has had first -hand experience of the supportive and transformative nature of these practices. Daniel offers support mentoring new and established Yoga teachers and is a Supervisor on the Yoga Campus Yoga Therapy Diploma.
