Connection beyond Separation: Transforming Fear into Soothing Support
Fear is a natural part of the human condition and learning to soothe our fears is a key goal of yoga practice. When we are afraid, we naturally turn to sources of support and places of safety. Connect to yoga practices that provide a safe space to cope and grow.
