Online Guided Retreat
On Saturday morning from 8.00am – 11.00am Heather Mason (The Minded Institute) will be offering a free morning guided retreat to help people balance their mind and explore techniques for enduring calm.
She will start with a short yoga practice, followed by a breathing practice and then walking followed by sitting meditation.
As Heather is not only a leader in the field of yoga therapy, but lived in silent retreats in Buddhist monasteries and Yoga Ashrams working to transform her mind, she would like to offer a bit of this experience to anyone at home that wants to see how a long practice session can truly relieve stress and support greater wellness.

Heather is the Founder of The Minded Institute. She is a yoga therapist with post graduate education in neuroscience, physiology, and psychotherapy. She works with members of parliament and the NHS to bring yoga to those in need and is the founding director of the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance.
