Veena Ugargol is a London based Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist specialising in the treatment of depression, a range of anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She works within the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) and is also a Yoga Therapist for Mental Health, speaker, lecturer and researcher. She combines the insights of psychotherapy, yoga therapy, mindfulness and neuroscience in the management of symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma and delivers lectures and workshops on the use of mind-body approaches for emotional regulation.
