Instructor: Joshua Lipscombe
For the last 3 years I have been running my own yoga centre in Southend, Essex (The yoga Factory) with the core values of building community and spreading the teachings of yoga. My personal teaching journey began 10 years ago and ever since have been fascinated by the practice of Hatha yoga. Since then I have studied and lived within yogic communities, which has allowed me to delve into the many practices of yoga. I am enthusiastic about sharing the teachings through Asana & pranayama classes, Meditation, Kirtan, and the sharing of food!
